Southern Demolitions extensive experience as well as purpose-built fleet enables us to demolish any structure in the most complicated environment, some being fire and earthquake damaged buildings, high volumes of contaminated materials or operational factories with strict health, safety, hygiene and environmental controls.

Some past industrial projects include; stripping Pukeuri freezing works, after fire damage, demolishing the old Palmerston North Hospital, Talleys Fairton (Pictured above) and removing contaminated waste / fire damage at Christchurch’s Wastewater Treatment Plant.
